Clair and Tiffany's 2016 Adventures - #1 May in Paris

We arrived May 1 and made our way to our rented studio apartment in the 13th Arrondisement, not far from one of our favorite neighborhoods, Mouffetard. One of the features we looked forward to was the terrace, with an awning.  I had visions of many pleasant late afternoons sitting outside with a glass of wine and a good book,  Well, there were a few, but May was pretty wet. We discovered that the awning would retract whenever there was wind, which often accompanied the downpours. Our spirits were never dampened of course. Good to be back in Paris!
